SUMMER (4/23/06-12/30/06) $725 $135/NIGHT
SHOULDER (12/30/06-1/27/07 $1050 $210/NIGHT
WINTER (1/27/07-4/15/07) $1450 $285/NIGHT

10% discount for stays of 6 weeks or more.

We are required to collect tourist taxes, now 11%

RESERVATIONS:

A $200 deposit holds any reservation.

To hold a reservation during winter season we ask half of the remainder 60 days ahead and the balance 30 days ahead. At other times of the year just pay the balance 30 days prior to occupancy.

SMOKING:  Our condo has a NO SMOKING rule.  The screened lanai provides a refuge for desperate smokers.

PETS: Sea Shells has a NO PETS rule.

LINENS: Provided.

CLEANING: Normal cleaning service before and after your occupancy is included at no extra cost. A cleaning is provided (if you want it) every two weeks during longer stays.

REFUNDS: Full refund on written (or e-mailed) request until 30 days prior to occupancy. We will conscientiously try to get another tenant in case of later cancellation. But if we wind up vacant we feel justified in  keeping moneys paid up to that time.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: We do not require a damage deposit.

CAPACITY: Our maximum capacity is 6 people. Condo association rules require the on-site manager to evict any tenants who exceed that maximum with no refund of rent. (A few Spring Break mobs led to this rule.)
